9.0Asunto oli tilava eikä voisi sijaita keskeisemmällä paikalla. Parkkipaikka plussaa. Vuokraaja vastasi nopeasti kysymyksiin.
− Pienillä parannuksilla kohde olisi aivan täydellinen. Esimerkiksi pieni info majoittujille miten kierrätät roskat ja miten TV toimii. Asunnossa on mahdollista tehdä itse ruokaa, mutta ruoanlaittovälineet (erityisesti paistinpannu ja vedenkeitin) kaipaisivat uusimista.

9.0Lokacija puiki, pačioje miesto širdyje. Bute galima rasti visko, ko tik gali prireikti viešnagei. Viskas švaru ir tvarkinga.
− Vakarais girdisi miesto šurmulys - muzika, žmonių balsai. Taip pat sulaukėme skambučio iš gretimais apsistojusių žmonių, jog patrauktume automobilį, nes jie, neva, už parkingo vietas sumokėjo ir jos priklauso jiems. Susidaro vaizdas, jog namui priklausančiose dviejuose parkingo vietose statyti automobilius sudaro galimybę keli būstų šeimininkai ir susidaro nesusipratimai.

9.0Bardzo przestronny i komfortowy apartament. Znaleźliśmy w nim wszystko co jest potrzebne dla wygodnego spędzania czasu i przygotowania posiłków.
− Pierwszego dnia pobytu nie mogliśmy się dostać na miejsce zakwaterowania a wieczorem i w nocy dużo zgiełku i hałasu ( rzeka ludzi). Wszystko to za sprawą "Dni Rygi" hucznie obchodzonej przez mieszkańców i turystów.
