8.0Localização, varanda e condições apartamento tem tudo o q é preciso
− Apenas sugestão: tapar parte de baixo entrada porta pq tem uma frincha grande q proporciona mau isolamento térmico e acústico. Colocar por ex aquelas borrachas proprias. A janela da cozinha ter uma película com efeito vidro fosco ou uma cortina, para ter privacidade tem q se fechar persiana e acender luz (com cortina não haveria necessidade de ligar luz)
