− - Klimaanlage vorhanden, jedoch recht laut und nicht sehr leistungsfähig. Appartement heizt sich ganz schön auf - Liegt über einer Bar, da kann es während der WM auch mal etwas lauter werden.
Tolles Studio am Eingang der Altstadt/Fussgängerzone, für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Ascona.
8.0Das Apartment liegt sehr gut am Eingang zur Altstadt und Fussgängerzone von Ascona. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert und äusserst freundlich. Das Studio war sehr sauber und ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Uns hat es äusserst gut gefallen und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

8.0Great location, right at the main pedestrian road of Ascona, without being noisy. The free parking space is a great advantage too. The communication with the host was very good- Irene provided detailed instructions upfront.
− The apartment door is quite old, it would feel safer to have a more modern secure door.

10.0Appartement au centre historique d'Ascona. Les ruelles sinueuses de la vieille ville convergent vers la promenade piétonne du lac, bordée de terrasses de cafés. Extraordinaire! Très calme et tranquille, ce logement nous a donné l'impression d'être à la maison, il y avait tout ce dont on a besoin pour se reposer et pour avoir une vie au quotidien, avec les services de restauration, d'alimentation, les boutiques. Parfait!
− ceci n'est pas une critique, mais un conseil d'amélioration. peut-être des rideaux occultants mieux disposés

10.0Sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Top Lage, Nähe zum Parking und zur Promenade ist perfekt. Kostenloses Parkieren mit der Parkkarte ist natürlich hilfreich. Informationen für ein reibungsloses Check-In sind einfach und klar. Gerne wieder.
