IT'S A SCAM - THIS IS NO HOTEL!!!
1.0perfect location ...nice interior design
− it's a SCAM - this is no hotel or anything... there's no "hotel reception".. you are being scammed to wait for hours at the listed address which is a regular residential building only to be redirected to another nearby address. its a regular 3 bedroom Berlin apartment listed as hotel. there's no service at all. after the socalled "check-in', I stepped into a double bedroom with no bed covers and one pillow. there was a big bottle filled with urine from a previous renter in the closet - disgusting. electricity was out for an entire day in kitchen & bathroom & another renters room - "they" didn't care or send any service support. minimal Hygiene. "customer service " was hardly reachable & had an negative attitude when asked normal question like what is the WiFi password. took 2 days for them to send it after lying about a WiFi routers location, etc..
Disappointing experience
3.0− Bad experience. 1. I asked for a large bed long before I arrived, the place approved my request - but in fact, when I arrived, I received a single bed. 2. The pictures on the website are not true to the apartment 3. It never said that the apartment is shared and that the living is shared with other people. I was shocked to find out that I had to live with roommates. 4. A few days before I arrived, I was given the wrong address. The owners of the apartment were not available on the website, by email, it took me two hours to find the place. 5. I found myself sleeping in one of the rooms that serves as an office with archive books, binders, clothes and costumes. 6. The floor is so creaky and noisy. 7. Very weak Wi-Fi in the room I arrived in Berlin for the first time after a long journey, I just wanted to get to the apartment and get organized, but it took me two hours to find the place. A simply disappointing experience...
Scam! Vorsicht!
Musste mir dann bei booking.com was neues buchen.
