A waste of money and a ruined vacation

− The apartment is located on the -1 floor, which is not clearly stated in the description. As a result, the apartment is very cold and extremely damp. All of our clothes felt wet after being inside for about 24 hours. All the floors are tiled and extremely cold. The “terrace” is actually a pit in a shared courtyard. There is mold in the bathroom. Previous guests have mentioned it in their reviews, and it is still there. The photos posted in those previous reviews are still accurate — the bathroom looks exactly the same. The refrigerator is placed in the living room and is very noisy. This is also not obvious from the listing photos. Also, the double bed is the narrowest I’ve ever seen and is not suitable for two people at all. Only one set of keys was provided, despite the booking being made for two people. Out of the 29 days we booked, Wi-Fi was completely unavailable for 15 days. The owner repeatedly promised every day that it would be fixed, but nothing happened. Booking.com was also unable to resolve the issue.

1.0Die Fotos sehen schön aus, es gibt eine Terrasse (theoretisch).
− Es ist modrig, sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, die Terrasse war unbenutzbar, da dort eine Baustelle war (unangekündigt). Als ich ein Fenster öffnen wollte, um die schlechte Luft rauszulassen, fiel es mir entgegen aus dem Rahmen und ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Niemand kam, um den Schaden zu beheben, das heißt, wir sollten unsere Sachen also in einem nicht abschließbaren Zimmer im Souterrain lassen, da haben wir dann storniert (Dank booking kostenlos, die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war frech und hat weder geholfen, noch eine Alternative angeboten) und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Abgesehen vom sehr sehr schlechten Service, den irreführenden Bildern und der Baustelle auf der Terrasse und dem kaputten Fenster, war es wie gesagt modrig und zudem nicht sauber (angeschimmelte Badematte in der Dusche usw).
