6.0Emplacement dans le centre ville. Parking gratuit a moins de 10 minutes a pied. Globalement propre.
− Beaucoup de bruit (voisins et en provenance de la rue). Odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement.

5.0Lo único que me gustó fue el tamaño de la cama de matrimonio que era grande.
− En la otra habitación hay una litera que da miedo sentarse en ella de lo inestable que es. Fuimos con un niño de 2 años, que durmió con nosotros por el tema de dicha cama así que imagínense cómo dormimos.... Las escaleras de entrada al edificio son un peligro, la puerta del portal está rota. y puede entrar cualquiera, así que la clave sobra que por cierto es la misma que la puerta de entrada... Hay una cafetera de cápsulas y no hay cápsulas podían haber dejado alguna hemos hdo solo dos días., ni azúcar había que no digo que hayan gran cantidad pero por lo menos algo. La nevera es pequeña, muy pequeña con lo cual es un apartamento de estancia para un par de días ya de mi tienda a su alrededor y no puedes meter el coche.. Por la noche hace un ruido horrible la puerta de la habitación la teníamos que tener abierta para no asfixiarnos, ya que no podíamos abrir la ventana porque daba un patio que el día fatal y estaba lleno de m*****. Por el otro lado hay dos bares que hay gente hasta tarde y no hay quien descanse repito fuimos con un bebé, con lo cual tampoco podíamos tener abierta la ventana. En el baño podía haber en la ducha algún dispositivo que permitíase dejar los jabones ya que están estrecha que dejarlos en el suelo es incomodísimos. Faltan muchos detalles El sofá es incomodísimo. Poco más que añadir
