9.0- schön groß - zentral gelegen - kostenloser Parkplatz um die Ecke - viele Lichtquellen im Zimmer, passend für jede Stimmung - Katze des Vermieters läuft manchmal rum und ist sehr süß und verschmust - sehr ruhig, da quasi im Hinterhaus gelegen
− - Waschmaschine ist erst kostenfrei, wenn man mindestens eine Woche da ist, sonst kostet sie 3€

− Falta equipament, no hi ha els estris bàsics per utilitzar la cuina. No hi ha ni tan sols sabó per rentar els plats. Tampoc cubell per la brossa. L'aigua de la dutxa es regula molt malament. És obligatori pagar en efectiu però no estan preparats per donar canvi i, evidentment, surts perdent tu.
