10.0Die Zentrale Lage. Alles fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super, nicht zu klein nicht zu groß. Wir haben bei der Ausstattung nichts vermisst und alles top sauber.

9.0Sehr nette Vermieterin!! Und die Schwiegereltern, die oben wohnen, waren auch super lieb. Schöne, kleine Terasse und gute Zimmeraufteilung

Herzlichkeit und eine tolle Wohnung
9.0Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung Seemöwe. Bereits zur Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und sogar der große Koffer wurde von der Vermieterin die Treppe hoch getragen. Eine gute Flasche Weißwein stand in der Wohnung bereit und es war alles sehr sauber, gepflegt, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die technische Ausstattung hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir Borkum wieder besuchen, werden wir gerne auf diese Wohnung zurückkommen.

9.0Mein Mann und ich verbrachten Ende März eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Seeden und können diese mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Wir wurden sehr offen, freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Unser Apartment zeigte sich neuwertig, geschmackvoll und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Gerade in der kühleren Jahreszeit ließ sich die Wohnung gemütlich erwärmen. Hervorzuheben sind die besonders bequemen hohen Betten (Bandscheibenmatratzen). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (zweite Häuserreihe). Bis zur Stadtmitte (Bahnhof) oder zum Hauptstrand sind es etwa 10-15 Gehminuten. Es gibt absolut nichts, was wir bemängeln könnten. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen!

9.0Sehr schöne Wohnung. Kurze Wege zum Zentrum und Strand.
− Auf Anhieb gibt es nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt gemindert hätte. Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität bekommen vielleicht Probleme mit der Größe der Wohnung, bzw. insbesondere des Badezimmers.
Es war wieder wunderschön, mit Zauberwetter.
