1.0Accommodation is well located and close to the city
− The apartment was dirty both inside and out. Furthermore, the shower drain was clogged, which prevented us from showering or using the washing machine with young children (7 years old, 20 months old, and 7 months old) during a period of extreme cold. In addition, the appartement's heating wasn't working, particularly in the two bedrooms. Finally, while looking for a child's toy behind the sofa, we stumbled upon a pair of women's underwear, and the whole appartement had a strong, unpleasant smell of stale tobacco... This is unacceptable behavior from the property manager, who promised us a refund and compensation.

7.0L'emplacement est parfait, les hôtes sont joignables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour.
− La vaisselle n'était pas très propres, les escaliers pour monter à l'appartement sont compliqué avec bébé et poussette.
