Es war ruhig. Es gab Rollläden an den Fenstern.

− Betten extrem weich, durchgelesen, Lattenrost defekt. Ein Bett im Wohnungsflur. Bodenbelag defekt. Fensterbeschläge müssen eingestellt werden. Tür zum Balkon lässt sich nicht ganz schließen (Hochparterre!) Kein WLAN?, keine Bedienungsanleitungen für Fernseher, für Waschmaschine, für WLAN. Fugen an der Badewanne mit schwarzem Schimmel.

Eine gute und ausgewogene, ansprechende Gestaltung der Wohnung. Ein gut sortiertes Equipment um den Tag mit Essen und Trinken gut zu gestalten.

− Der morgendliche Berufsverkehr wenn man die Fenster für die Nacht geöffnet waren.

− Wohnung ist abgewohnt und etwas unaufgeräumt ,teilweise fehlte Laminat, es roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch, Betten durchgelegen
