Привітний власник

− Квартира знаходиться в будинку малосімейка , загальний балкон на коридорі для усіх . Сама квартира грязна, вонюча від паління цигарок , вся в пилу , кресли мов би з авто гаражу принесено, палац настільки грязний та вонючий, що навіть босою ногою не стати , стіни всі в пʼятах , тюль прокурені, вся темна від пилу , кондиціонер весь в пилу та погано працює . Ціна зависока для такого комфорту . Не рекомендую для порядних людей !!!

Cheap owners who only care about money

It’s comfortable enough, but that’s pretty much all I can say about the positives.

− They don’t mention the flat has a sofa bed, rather than a bed (it’s not bad but definitely not a real bed). The hot water runs out after 5 minutes (I asked about that when I first arrived and I was reassured that it was not an issue). The location is not convenient as well, far from the train station and from the city centre. And the most disappointing thing, they’re charging you more than 20 euros per night and they provide the cheapest kind of toilet paper available. Even after I asked, the owner argued and came back with a kitchen roll as an alternative. You really expect me to believe that you don’t know how a normal type of toilet paper looks like? And last but not least, I tried to ask for a late check out as I needed to wait for my train and I didn’t want to be in the street for a long time, the owner was immediately asking for more money. Extremely disappointed customer service. I have stayed in plenty of places during my travels, both cheap and expensive, but this is by far the worst value for money I have ever met. Waste of time.
