Horrible, I ended up not staying here at all.

− Tiny rooms, can't fit two people as advertised, no windows, very difficult to get in -- had to wait for over 30 mins to find the place and gain access.

6.0− No advance notice about the deposit they informed us the day of check in that we need to pay 500 € deposit which it’s equal to the reservation amount!

− Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo appartamento a Cannes. Gli unici aspetti davvero positivi sono la posizione, l'appartamento moderno e pulito e la disponibilità di acqua, vino, biscotti, caffè e tè. Per il resto, l'esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Ie due camere da letto sono completamente prive di finestre, un dettaglio fondamentale che dovrebbe essere indicato chiaramente nell'annuncio. Dormire in una stanza senza alcuna finestra né luce naturale è un'esperienza decisamente spiacevole e non all'altezza delle aspettative. Anche le foto dell'annuncio le ho trovate fuorvianti. Viene specificato che le immagini potrebbero non corrispondere esattamente all'alloggio assegnato perché potrebbe essere occupato, ma questa giustificazione mi convince poco. A mio avviso, il sistema di prenotazione dovrebbe mostrare fin dall'inizio l'appartamento realmente disponibile per le date selezionate, evitando di creare aspettative diverse da ciò che poi viene effettivamente assegnato. Trovo questo approccio poco trasparente. Anche l'organizzazione lascia molto a desiderare: il check-in è lungo e macchinoso e può essere effettuato solo dalle 16, un orario eccessivamente tardivo. In compenso, il check-out è fissato alle 10, quindi si ha pochissimo tempo per godersi l'alloggio. A questo si aggiunge una cauzione di ben 1.000 euro, che abbiamo trovato del tutto sproporzionata, e la richiesta di portare fuori l'immondizia prima della partenza. Nel complesso, non tornerei e non lo consiglierei. Alcuni aspetti essenziali, come la presenza di camere senza finestre, le immagini dell'annuncio non rappresentative dell'alloggio effettivamente assegnato e le condizioni del soggiorno, dovrebbero essere comunicati con molta più trasparenza.
