− I truly cannot recommend this accommodation. We booked four nights, but on the first night, we realized that the place was equipped with only a small heater. We reported the issue, and another electric heater was provided, but it was far too loud, making it impossible to sleep in warmth without noise. Even a third heater would not have made a difference, as electric heaters simply could not handle the low temperatures. After just one night, as we started feeling unwell due to the cold, we decided to book another hotel and contacted Booking.com, asking them to reach out to the accommodation and request a refund for the remaining nights. However, the accommodation completely refused, citing contract terms that did not allow for cancellation. We find this very disappointing, as we made it clear that we were willing to pay for the night we stayed but did not expect to be charged for the remaining nights. The accommodation was unwilling to accept this and insisted on keeping the full payment, which they ultimately did. After this experience, we would never book this accommodation again. We also want to express our dissatisfaction with their complete lack of flexibility. We find it unfortunate and hope that, through this review, the accommodation will consider being more accommodating to its guests in the future. Overall, we found it quite disappointing that the owner was solely focused on collecting payment for all the nights and showed no willingness to accommodate us in any way. Instead of just apologizing, we had hoped he would be more understanding and at least refund a portion of our stay. I run a business myself, and I would have certainly offered my customers a fair solution in such a situation. In the end, we paid for four nights, spent one freezing night, caught a cold, and had to book another hotel with proper built-in heating. As I later saw in the reviews, this problem has occurred before. It will likely continue to happen in the future.
