10.0A beautiful apartment in the centre of the old town. We were met by Mario the owner and showed us everything about the apartment. He also gave us a list of must see and dos and great restaurant recommendations.

5.0Ubicación muy buena, puedes llegar andando a cualquier lugar de interés. La decoración es muy bonita. El anfitrión es muy atento, te da recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y deja algún detalle en el apartamento.
− Realmente no entiendo la puntuación que tiene este apartamento…. - Se trata de un loft rectangular con un ventanal y una pequeña ventana, que hay que cerrar para que no te vean los vecinos. Con lo cual, la iluminación natural del lugar es prácticamente nula. Hay que encender las luces en todo momento. - En el anuncio pone que dispone de aire acondicionado. Pues bien, la casa está climatizada con un pingüino que solo enfría la zona de la cama y que hace un ruido increíble. Durante tu estancia o te cueces de calor o no duermes por el ruido… el resto de apartamento dispone de un ventilador de suelo, que por supuesto es insuficiente. El anfitrión estuvo dispuesto a traernos otro pero la solución no es esa, si no detallar esto en tu anuncio puesto que no habría cogido este apartamento. - Hay mucho olor a humedad en el baño y vestidor, debes tenerlos completamente cerrados para que no impregne el resto de estancia. - La limpieza es insuficiente.

9.0Goede gast heer Mario die ons welkom heette , met een flesje wijn en water en goede uitleg over het appartement. Nog een geschreven briefje met goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement is perfect afgewerkt en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Met 1 stap buiten het appartement sta je midden in het centrum. Supermarktje schuin onder het appartement. Strand is binnen 20 min lopend bereikbaar. Hier kun je genieten van Cádiz.

Great for short or longer stays in Cadiz
9.0Location, antique charm, range of facilities (even a washing machine!), very friendly and informative host. Really easy walking to beach, shops, great restaurants and more.
− The supermarket door nearby makes a loud noise when closing, which is often. Not a massive problem as the shop closes in sleep times, but destroys the peace during siesta.
