Terrible service. Did not match the photos and a bedroom with no window or ventilation!
1.0− As advised, we arrived at the property around 20:00. When we got inside the property was very much smaller than the photos showed. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and I understand that this is not the fault of the property owners, but there were no fans and when the windows were opened, there was no way we could sleep with the noise outside. I tried to call both my contact and the property management that night with no reply. There was also no reply when I sent a text or email. One of the bedrooms didn’t even have a window - it was more like a closet! There was no way anyone could have stayed there. As I was travelling with my elderly mother and my son, I had to arrange our stay in Kalisz at the Hilton score the road. I finally heard back from the owners 2 days later. No sympathy, no kindness, just a short note saying that the weather was not their fault. The other huge issue was the flights of stairs. They said the apartment was on the second floor. In fact there were 6 or 7 flights of stairs to get to the door of the apartment. We were lucky to have family with us to help as we would not be able to do this trek ourselves. The owners the had the gall to tell Bookings.com that we were a ‘no show’. Do not stay in this apartment!!!

9.0Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Dank zweier Bäder war das super entspannt am Morgen. Es ist sehr gepflegt und modern ausgestattet und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Das Auto konnten wir die Tage auf dem abgeschlossenen und zum Apartment gehörenden kostenlosen Parkplatz einfach stehen lassen, da der Marktplatz nur 5 Fussminuten entfernt ist. Diese Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

8.0Super lokalizacja, parking. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny z salonem
− Uszkodzone łóżko w jednej sypialni, druga sypialnia bez wentylacji, ciemna. Jest niby klimatyzacja, ale bez możliwości włączenia (brak pilotów)
