− The bed was too small and air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t that good

7.0The location is great. Very large spacious apartment, with all the cooking appliances and utensils you need for a family. Bonus washer and dryer too.
− All 3 split system units need a good service. Especially the living room one. Couldn’t use as was too loud (sounded like was going to combust!). There was an old musty/damp smell throughout constantly (I think just needs doors open more).
If you want to be centrally located around cafes and restaurants this is the spot!

Not a great start, but OK once access gained.
5.0− The check in process is intrusive and cumbersome. It relies on an on-line system, where photo ID is shared in an unsecured fashion. This is not really evident when booking. It relies on doing this before arrival, which is not possible without internet access. This was difficult and quite frustrating when arriving late, unaware of the steps required. The number given to contact the hosts was not answered initially, and required 3 attempts. The property itself is acceptable; nice touches such as laundry detergent and kitchen basics.
