I wouldn’t recommend staying here (even short term) unless the host resolves the issues.

The only positive aspect of this stay was the apartment’s location. It has a nice view, is right in the city center, and makes it easy to reach any destination.

− 1. Even though I informed the host of my exact arrival time in advance, I had to wait around 50 minutes for someone to bring the keys. This delay caused me to cancel some planned work activities, which was very disappointing. Instead of receiving an apology, I was blamed for the situation - the person on the phone insisted I should have called instead of messaging through Booking. 2. The woman who handed us the keys entered the bathroom during our check-in to unload the washing machine (without saying a word). While it was not a big issue, it felt quite odd and gave the impression that the host was unprepared for our arrival. 3. The smell in the stairwell was terrible. To reach the apartment, you have to pass through a hallway that looks like something from a horror movie. 4. The apartment itself feels old and worn out. It doesn’t smell fresh - like a lot of smokers have stayed there before. The walls and furniture look pretty tired. Definitely in need of some refreshment.
