Mili Właściciele. Obiekt oddalony w sporej odległości od najbliższego sklepu i plaż. Trzeba mieć na uwadze konieczność podjeżdżania wszędzie autem. W najbliższym otoczeniu nie bardzo jest gdzie wyjść, pospacerować. Plusem są piekne plaże do których można dostać się autem. Wystrój i wyposażenie apartamentu to późne lata 80-90 te.
