2 bedrooms and good walking distance to town centre

− Was difficult to find and steep hill up from property if you were older like me

The location was good,easy to access public transport.

− Could have done with the instructions for central heating ,the fire and tv. The lounge got very cold in the evenings,throws would have been really useful.

Wonderful historic property which fits well with the overall feeling of Durham City. Fantastic location and easy waking distance to down town.
