− Personally, the only thing I felt a bit uncomfortable was the couch and the beds but that’s subjective and I do not hold it against them at all. Just personal preference :)
Great location!
8.0This was a very cute apartment in an excellent location in downtown Durham. I loved the architecture and design, and the bed was very comfortable! Parking is something you will need a plan for. It may be on site or a block away, either way it is included and not difficult. This is a great walkable area with easy access.
− If it were my place I would consider another sofa, or at least a slip cover (I would not sit on the one there, have a look and you will see why). The lighting out the back door towards the parking garage is really very bad. Perhaps the HOA can add some?

Except for the entrance difficulties, the stay was great.
9.0− The photo of the entrance in the online instructions was outdated. We needed over an hour to find the right place and go through all the keycodes. Residents helped us.
