9.0An immaculate, spacious apartment, which is very well equipped with many thoughtful touches. The view is lovely, and it is a great location to relax and unwind. Everything is of a high quality, and the furniture comfortable. The friendly hosts provide clear check-in instructions, and a vast amount of information from how to use the appliances to suggestions for days out, or how to order a takeaway.
− We loved the location for the peace and quiet and the view, but found ourselves using the car more than expected, although there are plenty of walks and cycle routes close by. The bed and sofas are very comfortable, but rather low - something to be considered by anyone post-surgery or with some mobility issues.
Perfect place to enjoy Exmouth and the surrounding area. Paul and Carol are very accommodating hosts.

We were very grateful to have a good place to base out of as we toured the area each day.
10.0Breakfast was on our own by bringing our own food and using the very well prepared kitchen area. This was a delight!
Pretty spot and very convenient location for exploring the area by train
8.0Up a country lane, peaceful and pretty view. An easy walk to the train station and a short ride into Exeter. Good internet.
− The bathtub was unusually deep and could do with a grab rail.
