Super convenient. Good size open kitchen diner. Large roof terrace with great view to give you an idea of what the surf is like. Comfortable sofa

− There was an intermittent clicking noise from the fan light in main room. Noise from presumably the boiler in downstairs flat. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher and WiFi that reliably reached the bedroom

1) die Wohnung ist versifft - feucht : es regnet in die Zimmer weil undicht -schaniere verrostet - Putz bröckelt - überall kleine silberfische - Toilette läuft ohne das nutzbar - Fenster in der Dusche fällt komplett raus wenn es geöffnet wird - Licht flackert - versprochene Telefonnummer geht nicht 2 der Vermieter Jack vor Ort -dann zum Vermieter - ich ging sofort hin bei Ankunft und frag ihm was er machen kann - er sagte das wäre eine alte fischerwohnug : ich sollte dann in 5 Sterne Hotel ziehen - er würde nichts machen - er war richtig froh das die Bude in diesem Zustand ist - ich erkannte das dieser Man Argumenten nicht zugänglich ist - denke er ist im Geist Wirr - verrückt oder so 3 meine Reaktion - habe Tags bei der Tochter gewohnt und Nacht so gut es ging in der Wohnung geschlafen - die hat zeitgleich woanders gebucht was total in Ordnung ist

− A Stay That No Longer Met Our Expectations This was our sixth stay in this apartment, but unfortunately it will also be our last. As returning guests, we were a little disappointed by the lack of welcome or attention from the owner, even a small gesture. The apartment is pleasant when the weather is nice, but during cooler or rainy periods it becomes quite cold and damp. There is a noticeable humidity smell on the fabrics, and there are no extra blankets or additional heating, which made our stay uncomfortable, with indoor temperatures around 12°C. Some of the equipment is very basic or no longer works, and construction work has taken place nearby during each of our visits, without prior notice. For €700 per week in low season, we were hoping for more comfort and consideration. We know Lanzarote well and have found accommodation better suited to our needs for future stays. Si tu veux, je peux encore réduire davantage, ou l’adapter exactement au style Airbnb / Booking.

Ubicación ideal si quieres surfear, casa preciosa pero extremadamente fría!

Casa muy grande, bonita y hay de todo, la terraza es grande y puedes ver las olas des de allí. El servicio de limpieza super majos (coincidimos al hacer el check in) y lo dejaron todo impecable. Fuimos con un bebé y pusieron una cuna y también tienen una trona. La cafetera es italiana. Y dejan un par de rollos de wc para que tengas hasta que puedas comprar. Famara muy bonito y un lugar ideal si quieres ir a surfear- ubicación perfecta si ese es tu plan. Aparcar en la misma calle gratuitamente. Antes de comprar revisar que la gente va dejando cosas que les sobran (aceite y café en nuestro caso) La cama de matrimonio grande eso nos permitió dormir con el bebé cómodos en la cama y así sobrellevar el frío de la noche mejor. (Pusimos el colchón de la cama individual en un lado como barrera improvisada y fue perfecto dormir así)

− Es un lugar frío y no hay calefacción ni calefactor, fuimos con un bebé y por la tarde y la noche se pasaba mal..: preguntamos a la gente y nos dijeron que era unos días que hacía bueno tiempo, así que no se que será ir con mal tiempo…. Deberían tener un calefactor por si acaso hay bebés. La caldera de agua caliente se agotaba rápido pero daba la posibilidad de ducharse 2-3 personas con agua caliente bien. El pueblo tiene supermercados con muy poca cosa y muy caro. El acceso es de escaleras si vas con movilidad reducida no es tu lugar.
