Horrible - rude hosts and old accomodation

− The stove was broken on the day we arrived. We raised it immediately with the hosts, they told us it was our fault and that we weren’t turning it on properly. Finally on the last day they believed us, came into our apartment (without our knowledge or permission when we were out) and fixed it. We purchased all this food to cook and had to throw it all out as we had no functional kitchen. We kindly asked for a 1 night refund and they refused, saying it was our fault and that we should have called them about the issue (as opposed to corresponding with them on the booking.com app) which is absurd. Do not stay here - amenities are old and the host are terrible to deal with.

Convenience of getting the key

− Extremley dirty kitchen, cooker, crockery, cutlery, Bed linen was stained and not clean, also bedding is old and needed changing Poor maintenance throughout property I have loads of photos that I can send over, I have attached 4 below. I would like to be contacted regarding this review.

Spacious apartment in a good location but in need of renovation

Good location, spacious rooms, good supply of waste bags and toiletries, good new duvets and pillows and a host who was quick to solve the problems we reported.

− The entrance to the house in which the apartment is located and the stairs up to the apartment need to be renovated. It gives a bad first impression when there are many stains on the walls and small holes in the wall - ses fotos. There are also several things in the apartment that need to be renovated. Several of the chairs in the apartment need to be replaced, they are broken in the seat, the hair dryer looks burnt (foto) and the bathroom floor has brown rings and a metal edge that should prevent water from the shower from running out onto the floor stands up from the wall in the bathroom. Finally, there are only a few hangers in the apartment - previous tenants have pointed this out according to the comments on booking.com, but this has not meant that more hangers have been purchased. In addition, there is no connection between photos of the apartment and what you encounter in terms of lighting. On booking.com there is a small bedside table and a lamp by each bed, but we had to make do with a small table and a single bedside lamp both in the room with 2 and 3 beds - it is not very practical during the Christmas holidays, when it is dark a large part of the day. In addition, a large part of the plates, glasses and cups had not been washed up properly, but had been put in the cupboard with obvious food residue (foto). At the first meal, we had to start by hand washing everything that we needed, as we only discovered the dirty plates and glasses just before we had to eat and couldn't wait for the dishwasher. Finally, there was no space in the waste containers for aluminum and glass, so it was difficult to comply with waste sorting. These should have been sized better for the number of guests in the house. The conditions mentioned would be easy to improve, and we hope that this would happen, as the apartment would then be able to get a higher score.
