− No guarantee you can stay there. I was coming from United States with my family 30 minutes before arriving the property. I called them to make sure everything is ready. They say the property given to somebody else without canceling my booking through Booking.com. And he asking me to cancel reservation from my side because he accommodate somebody without canceling my reservation.
