− We stayed here for one night. When we cannot cancel anymore, we were suddenly told that we had to pay an additional €5 per person for the bed linens and towels. This is a very unusual practice. When we checked the contact number, it had a +7 country code, so the owner appears to be from Kazakhstan rather than Finland. The extra charge also feels misleading because accommodation fees should normally be included in the total price shown on Booking.com or clearly disclosed before booking. Asking guests to pay separately outside the platform raises concerns about avoiding taxes or Booking.com’s commission. Aside from that, the apartment is located in a rather suspicious area. The appliances are very old, and the toilet flush is weak—we were worried it might not flush properly. The bedroom door does not close, and the kitchen is missing basic items, such as a vegetable peeler. One of the worst issues was the cleanliness. We found blood stains on the duvet (see attached photo). The apartment was dusty and dirty throughout. Because we have a crawling baby, we had to vacuum the floor ourselves before letting our child move around. The apartment was also extremely hot. We had to keep the windows open on July 21 because it was so warm inside that I was sweating. Another disappointing detail was the bedding. Even after agreeing to pay extra for the linens and towels as we had no choice, they were simply left in a bag instead of being done properly. We had to make the beds ourselves. The pillows left on the bed were decorative sofa cushions. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel our reservation.

Asunto oli rauhallisella paikalla ja pieni kauppa vieressä. Omistaja vastasi todella nopeasti kysymyksiin ja hänen kanssaan asiointi sujui hyvin.

− Huoneisto oli kulunut ja epäsiisti. Pöytiä ei oltu pyyhitty, astioita piti tiskata ennen käyttöä, sillä olivat likaisia. Sänky, peitot ja tyynyt olivat epäsiistejä ja sohva todella likainen.

Huoneiston pohja oli järkevä.

− Todella kuuma helteellä. Verhot vaatii ikkunan eteen, se auttoi, mutta myös keittiöön.
