8.0Ήσυχη τοποθεσία σχετικά κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια), με δωρεάν ανοιχτό πάρκινγκ στην εκκλησία του Αγίου Κωνσταντίνου στα 50μ περίπου. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ανακαινισμένο & καλά εξοπλισμένο για οικογένεια.
− Υπάρχει χρονοδιακόπτης στο θερμοσίφωνα, στα 30 λεπτά, με αποτέλεσμα το ζεστό νερό να φτάνει οριακά για έναν ενήλικα και ενα παιδί & δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ζεστό νερό στην κουζίνα. Επίσης χρειάζεται ένας αφυγραντήρας καθώς λόγω της διαφοράς θερμοκρασίας, εξωτερικής και μέσα στο διαμέρισμα, δημιουργούνται μικρές λιμνούλες στις μπαλκονόπορτες. Γενικά το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό αλλά υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης (λίγη σκόνη, πολλά άλατα στο μπάνιο και στον βραστήρα στην κουζίνα)
