The location was not as listed. Had to call then finally meet on corner and walk through a carpark

− Did not look like the photos ! Had a terrible smell. The door was hard to lock and unlock. It had no window or ventilation.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la facilidad de llegar a todos lados, al igual que era un sitio amplio y con fácil acceso.

− No me gusto que no tuviera ni una ventana, no se pone en ningún lado, además de que es un sótano. La limpieza podría ser mejor. La cama se puede quedar pequeña para dos personas.

− Everything! the booking postcode was incorrect and ended up in the wrong place. i had to call someone on whatsapp to hand over keys. They managed to find where i was and walked me to to the room via a car park. This was not as advertised and upon continually asking for the exact postcode location i was unable to get it i was finally shared the postcode to the turning area/car park and door was number 5 not 17. since i was travelling alone for work and attending an evening awards event i wanted to make sure i could arrange a cab directly to the door. The front door was street level access and then through there turned left through a broken/busted security door to into two doors, i was shown to the one on the right which had a physical lockable key but the door was wobbly and tricky to lock, i dint feel safe at all and was all very weird. I alerted my husband who booked me a separate room in a chain hotel so after the event i went back to this room collected my stuff and left a car kindly waited as there were a few men hanging around the alley way. I then had a rather unfortunate turn of events which is nothing to do with this building but the Radisson blu on bond street had over booked also via booking.com so i was left stranded. i messaged the whatsapp of this venue to see if somemone could let me in the main front door but no response, (granted it was 2am by now) but still no response, a mixture of factors here but would not stay here as single women in the city on her own.

The location of the hotel is great. 10 out of 10. The owner is wonderful. Met, was very friendly. Responded to all requests immediately. Gave an adapter for the outlet to charge the phone. We did not like the iron. It was replaced the next morning.

− The room corresponds to the photo. BUT I had no idea that there were apartments without windows. This apartment was without windows. This was the biggest disappointment. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. You had to put your towel on the toilet seat. The hairdryer works, but there is no outlet in the bathroom, so you can use it in the room and look at the mirror image on the refrigerator. This is a semi-basement room, which constantly smells of humidity. Upon arrival home, all our things smelled of humidity and mold.

La atención del personal. Siempre muy atento y servicial, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos sin problemas. Siempre dispuestos y amables.

− El alojamiento. No tiene ningún tipo de ventilación, está muy encerrado. El primer día hizo mucha calor y dentro al no tener ventilación hacia un calor sofocante. Tenía ventiladores, ya que era totalmente necesario, sin ventilador ni se podía estar allí. Es muy necesario que le hagan una salida de ventilación al exterior. Se notaba que después de todo el día fuera visitando londres, al entrar el ambiente estaba cargado de no ventilar. Se notaba el olor a cerrado.
