We were here for testing at Duke. Very convenient to the hospital.

− There were a few issues. Mold on shower curtains. Trash underneath beds and sofa Uncomfortable twin beds Very uncomfortable sofa Lack of seating in living room No kitchen table Leaks in bathroom Clogged sink Broken blinds in master bedroom Holes in bath towel Dirt and lint on ceiling fan and grate in living room

This left a lot to be desired.

The property was well-appointed and well-stocked. The location was ideal for our purposes. We initially thought it was a good value until the taxes and fees were added. The cleaning fee ($110!) especially rankled (see below)

− Upon checking in, we noticed several things related to the cleanliness of the place: incomplete cleaning, leftovers from previous tenants, broken fixtures and furniture, and shabby bedding. I immediately contacted customer service and started a dialog to give them every opportunity to correct the deficiencies, sending photos to show them what was unsatisfactory. They sent the cleaning crew out again, but neglected to brief them on what the focus should be! As a result, they swept the floor and virtually nothing else. Some other details were: both toilet paper holders broken, the window blind in the master bedroom broken, the nightstand drawer stuffed with dirty towels and a pair of socks, the pillows stained, the bedding was stained and damaged, the bathroom vanity drawers were dirty (hair and dust). In the kitchen, there were broken utensils, a leaky electric kettle, broken trim next to the refrigerator. The TV remote batteries were low and failed (we replaced them ourselves) and the sofa was broken.

The location was great and the house is beautiful also the master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks a beautiful little stream and a bridge. It was so beautiful.

− The only thing that I had an issue with is it seemed like the first bathroom tub was slightly clogged which cause the water to go down slowly so we really only had the shower in the master bedroom but it was still an amazing stay.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to get around to places we needed to be easily. The house was clean and neat.

− There could have been another chair in the living room area.

It was a spacious house.

− When i got there nothing was cleaned ..dishes on sink..dirty sock on sofa..dirty towels in bathroom..shower dirty and beds not fixed...I was unable to stay there that night and was told I couldn't get any of my monies back for something that was not my fault.
