The apartment is very big, well maintained and has everything. The balcony view is beautiful and the apartment is very close to the Excel, so it is very convenient if you are attending a conference. The local contact person who deals with receiving the guests is super friendly and attentive, always trying to help.

− The only thing I didn’t like was the contact with the owner via Booking messages. The person takes a while to respond via this system, when does respond. Also, it was not obvious to me that there are specific check in and check out hours, but could have just been me not reading everything carefully before booking it.

La ubicación, la terraza el equipamiento de la cocina

− Un baño no tiene manija para abrir desde adentro, se corre riesgo de quedarse encerrado al cerrar. La lavadora no sirve. Muy difícil la comunicación con el lugar tardan muchisimo en responder mensajes desde ña plataforma de booking y algunos no los contestan. La dirección plasmada en la reserva no corresponde con la real.

Michael was very helpful throughout our stay

Hi Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful but as we had 4 apartments to "check in" and it was a very hot late afternoon, I did struggle with all the information! When we asked for some fans for one of the apartments Michael sorted them out straight away, which was fantastic in the middle of a heat wave! All of the apartments were clean and comfortable.

The homeowner is extremely warm-hearted, he showed us around, tell us where to eat and shopping. The environment is very nice, every day when you open the window on the balcony, you can see the clear river water at the dock and birds flying in the sky. And it's very near to ExCel London, if you have a exhibition there, book a room or an apartment here, you will not disappointed. If I go to UK again, I will recommend other friends to live here.

− 没有烘干机，洗碗机也是坏的，收取了超时费75英镑，这在线上并没有提前提出。

Good Location but property itself along with the management are not worth the money spend here.

location was the only thing you can admire about this.

− Communication with the host wasn't great at all. very delayed and v v slow. accusing the guests of damage to the very fragile infrastructure of the sliding doors bad state of the apartment than pictures shown. earned me some embarrassment in front of my colleagues as I booked this apartment.
