It was clean and it was a good size place.

− Didn't have paper towels in kitchen and barely enough toilet paper for 2 people for 5 days. Could've used 1 more roll of toilet paper because we really had to conserve.

Great location, staff all polite and helpful, accommodation needs a serious spruce up

Location was excellent, access to the 7th floor by elevator. Secure access with front desk concierge, Transport links with bus stops within 5 minute walk, tube and Elizabeth line under ten minutes and local supermarket just around the corner.

− since our earlier visit about 12 months ago there has been a drop in standards. The lounge curtains still the same drab brown, hanging as if it was a poor students accommodation, glassware consisted of 4 x fluted champagne 1 x small wine glass and 2 large pint glasses not practical for normal use, two cups that were stained beyond cleaning. No bathroom tumblers, not even plastic ones. Decor overall very tired in desperate need of an overhaul. All the plates needed to be washed prior to use. For the fees charged I think they could make a better effort at the decor and amenities.

amazing appartement, perfect location, great value for money as I traveled in jan. so guess not too busy and lower price!

− only had to push a bit in the beginning for the lady to take the fire alarm as it was beeping the whole time(something was wrong she said and was going to be taken care of the next day) so luckily she did so it was nice and quiet. could’ve done with extra toilet rolls and maybe a netflix tv would’ve been a plus too(normally I’m out every night but this time coincidentally had two nights off so did miss it a bit, but wasn’t a big deal!). little bit annoying you have to give deposit also but other than that great stay!
