Inacceptable !
Excellent location, clean bright and comfortable.
10.0The apartment was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. Excellent location and the pack and play provided for our baby was great!
− Lots of stairs/not super accessible for strollers however this was advised in the listing description!

1.0We dont't know, we never saw the premises.
− Kula residences cancelled our reservation under 24 hours before our stay would have begun. We were offered a place in a totally different location, wich was very inconvinient to us. Customer service was poor and unprofessional even tough friendly.
