− Terrible customer service. Host cancelled hours before check in as I was travelling with my family and had to organise an alternative location. Host was extremely rude and would recommend for people to stay away.

6.0Dogodna lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklep i restauracje z możliwością zjedzenia śniadania. Niedaleko też stacja metra.
− Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach tytoniu wydobywający się przez cały pobytu (mimo ciągłego wietrzenia ) z klimatyzacji bodajże. Dotyczyło to ładnej sypialni z łazienką na piętrze apartamentu. Na dole z kolei niezbyt czysty koc i pościel w rozkładanej sofie. To należy koniecznie poprawić ! Inna sprawa, która jest w toku wyjaśniania i oczekiwania na rekompensatę, to nieoczekiwane odwołanie, anulowanie naszej rezerwacji w dniu, kilka godzin przed przyjazdem. Mnostwo nerwów, wykonanych telefonów do Booking i właściciela w celu wyjaśnienia sytuacji. Nie wiem czy taka sytuacji miała miejsce po raz pierwszy w tym obiekcie, z tym właścicielem ale nie było to miłe doświadczenie. Bądźcie czujni!
