10.0Well built new apartment with lots of custom touches. Unit includes two bathrooms, verdant green views out of both the front and back windows,lovely furniture, a washing machine and nicely equipped kitchen. The wifi is great, and the TV offers some streaming options. As mentioned in other reviews, there are about 25 steps up to the unit but the stairs are nice and have a railing. Once inside the unit, it is high above the valley floor, with fantastic views of a forest and river. The Eaves is around the corner from Lynton, where there is an astounding paved path along the ocean, high up on the bluffs. There are places to eat and drink in both Lynton and Lynmouth- both adorable towns. The Eaves tops my list of vacation rentals. I would recommend this rental to anyone who can climb stairs.
− I have no complaints. A few large bowls for serving salad or pasta would be great.

10.0Beautiful apartment, can't fault anything and there wasn't anything else that we could have wanted! Lee one of the hosts was there to greet us on arrival and both Michelle and Lee were there to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. They even left us a treat of a cream tea on our arrival. We cannot recommend this property more, from it's location, to it's comfort and truly feeling like a home away from home.
