5.0− Había varias cosas que no mostraban un adecuado cuidado. Íbamos con dos niños y había enchufes descolgados que suponían un peligro para ellos. La ducha tenía la manguera rota (calidad-precio inexistente). Además en la entrada se podía ver que estaba rota una parte, y algunos de los cubos que hacían de mesilla de noche estaban descolgados y no se podía poner nada en ellos.

9.0La ubicación excelente sobre la gran vía al lado de la estación de metro plaza España, las camas cómodas , tenía plancha y secador de pelo y la cocina con nevera muy útil!!
− El aire acondicionado muy viejo y casi no enfriaba, la habitación es con vista interior a los aires acondicionados de todo el edificio y no se podía abrir la ventana para ventilar el apto y por su ubicación algo oscura !!

− Pues era mas pequeño que la habitación de cualquier hotel. La funda del colchón estaba manchada. No dije nada. Era muy incómodo de pequeño y la ventana daba a un patio interior que parecía sacada de una peli de terror.

Péssimas condições de estrutura e limpeza!

− Gostaria de dizer que saímos antes porque o quarto estava muito ruim, em péssimas condições! Tinha mini baratas no banheiro, o cheiro de mofo do banheiro estava forte, a porta do banheiro não fechava, a fechadura da porta principal do apartamento estava quebrada/solta, o rodapé ao lado do banheiro estava solto e caindo, o quarto era minúsculo, mal dava para abrir as malas (só em cima da cama e minha mala era minúscula e estávamos em 3 pessoas), e as paredes muito sujas e riscadas, além disso tem um encanamento passando dentro do quarto, totalmente aparente, enfim, as condições bem ruins do apartamento como um todo. Tirei fotos e fiz vídeo de tudo do apartamento 4 que me hospedei. Muito ruim!

6.0La situació és excel·lent i els llits i coixins son molt còmodes.
− L'espai per a 5 persones justet. La dutxa no desaiguava bé i hi havia uns endolls al bany inutilitzables. Només una tovallola de bany per persona i una sola de mans per totes, tenint en compte eren 3 nits.
