It’s was nice to be close to the base ,that was our main priority,when we arrived we ask for the tv control it was no wh

− The apartment had a smell,it’s an old apartment,
Great to see my son graduate from basic training, stay was tolerable to say the least.
5.0The air-condition was good enough for the living room and the floors was nice except for the kitchen tile. Really close to Ft. Sill and enjoyable drive to base.
− The bed rooms were hot during the day and only cooled off around 10ish at night. Most of the furniture was broken, and the living room sofa was quite filthy (needs to be replaced or cleaned really good). The refrigerator light was burnt out and there was a grease spill under the stove. The kitchen tile was cracked in many areas and it felt like it was coming up in those areas. The kitchen table had two unstable chairs needs to be replaced or tightened. The show drain had hair in it and was slowing the water when in use.

10.0They were exceptionally easy to work with and were very quick with answers and any issues that came up. Very comfortable location and having the kitchen there was great because I didn't have to eat fast food every night!
