Fazit: Das Appartement ist den Preis (CHF 265.00 pro Tag) nicht wert.
6.0Kein Frühstück
− - Obwohl wir unsere Pässe zwei Monate vorher dem Anbieter per Mail zugeschickt hatten, standen wir am Ankunftstag ohne Eintrittscode vor der Türe. - Seitlich und vis-à-vis der Strasse wird gebaut / renoviert. Dies ging um 07:30 Uhr los... Bei der Buchung (online) war dies nirgends vermerkt. - Das Doppelbett ist "durchgelegen"; der Rücken "lässt grüssen". - Das Appartement ist vollständig, aber sehr steril / ungemütlich eingerichtet. In den Wänden stecken Nägel, dort hingen wahrscheinlich einmal Bilder. - Äusserst ringhörig!!! - Im Hauseingang riecht es (oft penetrant) nach Pissoir und/oder schlechtem Putzmittel. - Parkplätze sind äusserst knapp. Der Parkplatz (vis-à-vis der Strasse) verfügt über acht (sehr enge) Parkplätze. Ist dieser voll belegt, haben die "hinten" parkierten Fahrzeuge Probleme wieder herauszukommen. Zudem ist ein Parkplatz (vorne links) nicht zugänglich, da von Sträuchern "verwachsten". Da müsste wohl der Gärtner mal vorbeikommen... - Wäre gut wenn sich die Eigentümer / Verwaltung das Haus / die Wohnungen mal selbst vor Ort (wieder) anschauen würden.

9.0Die Wohnung war sehr schön sauber. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hatte man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den See. Über die Strasse war ein kleiner Rasenplatz mit Liegestühlen und Zugang zum See. Wir haben dies geschätzt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
− Der Erstkontakt mit der Unterkunft war etwas schwierig. Über die Plattform Booking.com wurde zuerst auf Anfragen nicht reagiert. Zudem waren unterschiedliche Telefonnummer hinterlegt, was etwas verwirrend war und offenbar nicht mehr alle aktuell waren. Erst nach mehreren Telefonaten und Nachrichten bekamen wir nötigen Check-in Informationen.
