8.0Overall very good size apartment and close to highway, we stayed for one night from our way from Fez to Merzouga to avoid a long drive. Apartment has all necessary items for a comfortable stay. Owner was very prompt and was available to check us in on time and showed up property. He even gave us option to choose one of two apartments he had available for night.
− It's bit old facilities and need some maintenance in kitchen and bathroom area. We noticed both sink were leaking during our stay, shower area is bit small and need to be updated with shower curtain or glass door.

3.0The location was very good. The owner was comunicative and nice (till we told him that we would not recommend) and the rooms were o.k.
− The appartment was not like at the pictures the kitchen was dirty, everything was sticky, old and broken with a little bit equipment. Dirty toilet.
