10.0Świetna lokalizacja! Wszędzie blisko, duże i przestronne pokoje. Nasz apartament był położony od strony podwórka, więc było naprawdę cicho mimo że mieszkanie jest w centrum. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
− Wszystko było ok!! Może jedynie wjazd na parking powinien być lepiej oznaczony. I kabina prysznicowa odkryta, więc trochę było mokro w łazience, ale nie był to wielki problem dla nas.

Kifejezetten tetszett hogy volt kave mar a megerkezesem pillanataban' A furdoszoba tistza volt. A szallas kituno helyen talalhato, seta kozelbe van minden a belvarosban. Ettermek, kavehazak, Az emberek baratsagosak es segitokeszek.
− a furdoszoba keskeny volt, a tukornel nem volt hely fesulkodni, mindig bevertema konyokom a kiugro sarkokba.

10.0Znakomity i świetnie położony apartament. Z balkonu widać Piata Unirii, wszystkie najciekawsze miejsca znajdują się w zasięgu przyjemnego spaceru. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w podwórku dostępny jest parking. Trudno w Oradei o obiekt o lepszym stosunku jakości do ceny.
