10.0Appartamento comodo con tutte le comodità necessarie,posizionato al centro di Numana e ad 1 km da Sirolo,praticamente si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata,una volta parcheggiata la macchina nel parcheggio privato gratuito non serve più prenderla a meno che non si voglia andare in altri paesi più lontani...c'è la Ztl ma accessibile a chi soggiorna...i vicini di casa che tra l' altro sono i proprietari dell' appartamento sono molto cordiali e simpatici ... è stato bello starci...ci tornerei

− L'odore di chiuso e muffa nei mobili e nel divano letto e le lenzuola pulite ma con l'alone di sporco. A mio avviso non è un "nuovo" bilocale ma solamente rinfrescato.
Pleasant apartment in a quiet but central location!
9.0The location was ideal for us, in a quite Strada Privata, very close to walk to everywhere: 10 min walk to Numana beach, 15 min walk to Sirolo center, just steps away from Numana central square. We did not even use our car. We met the owners, they live on the same property, and could make a pleasant chat. The days were very hot, but the airco's worked perfectly. Our own terrace was pleasant to use.
− In a house with another apartment above you hear some impact sounds: wc flushing, ventilation use, chairs shifting on floor. No basic condiments like salt, peper and oil.

Bella casetta tra Sirolo e Numana
10.0Casa perfetta spaziosa interamente e zona all'aperto attrezzata. Posizione strategica sia per Numana che per Sirolo. Spiagge raggiungibili comodamente. La possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura è un notevole valore aggiunto. I proprietari sono persone squisite e molto disponibili con consigli e suggerimenti molto apprezzati. Consigliatissimo!!!
