Gute Lage, einiges könnte verbessert werden!
7.0Die Lage war sehr gut, da sie jedoch sehr zentral an der belebten Via Garibaldi ist, gibt es Abende, wo der Lärm der unter dem Fenster feiernden Menschen so laut ist, dass man nicht schlafen kann, bis Mitternacht sind die Lokale offen. Oropax mitnehmen! Genügend WC-Papier war vorhanden, das schätzten wir sehr.
− Uralte Bratpfanne, Gesundheitsrisiko. Bei diesem Mietpreis sollte eine neue Bratpfanne pro Jahr drin liegen. Auch die Bialetti-Kaffee-Maschine gehört in ein Museum. Auch wenn die meisten Gäste die Nespresso-Kapseln benutzen, gehört eine neue Bialetti hin oder man lässt sie verschwinden. Eine Mietwohnung ist kein Brockenhaus. Auch die Kleiderbügel sind eine Zumutung. Vermutlich, um Diebstahl zu vermeiden! Doch in der Ikea gibt es sicherlich Kleiderbügel zu günstigem Preis, welche hie und da ersetzt werden können! Gepäck kann am Abreisetag auch nicht SICHER hinterlegt werden. Wer einen Schlüssel zum Hauseingang hat (Hausbewohner z.B.) kann das Gepäck mitnehmen. Leider war auch das W-LAN miserabel. Kann auch am Sendemast liegen. Wir hatten auch mit unserem eigenen Internet Schwierigkeiten, eine akzeptable Geschwindigkeit zu erreichen.
Väga hea asukoht ja ruumikas korter, kui tulla perega maratonile. Hea hinna-kvaliteedi suhe!
9.0Veetsime Veneetsias 2 ööd ja tulime Veneetsia maratoniks. Asukoht oli suurepärane kuna asus otse finišis. Tubadest oli ilus vaade tänavale ja kanalile. Tänaval oli hulk baare ja restorane, kuid müra tuppa ei kostunud. Rajoon ei olnud liiga turistide rohke, mis oli tore.
− Meie jaoks oli voodi veidi pehme ja padjad kõrged, aga see on eelistuse küsimus.

9.0Appartement très bien situé proche de l'arrêt vaporetto Arsenale. Ligne directe aéroport - Arsenal (Allilaguna blue) De nombreux restaurants en bas de la location, supérette dans la rue. Place St Marc 15 minutes à pied. Bonne literie. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. Accueil tardif apprécié .

9.0Wir haben zu viert 5 Nächte im Apartment verbracht. Mery ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles war freundlich, sauber und hell. Wir konnten sogar etwas eher anreisen und durften das Gepäck bis zur Abreise unterstellen. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug ankamen war es perfekt für uns. Das Gelände der Biennale ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso Restaurants, Supermarkt, Drogerie und Vaporettohaltestellen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und kommen gerne wieder. Danke Mery.
− Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wer aber dienstlich auf WLAN angewiesen ist sollte wissen, daß die Verbindung nicht immer optimal ist.

9.0Great little apartment and a perfect location, right by the Arsenale. The apartment is on one of favourite streets in Venice, with everything you need right on your doorstep.
