Great location but a disappointing experience overall.

− The shower kept flooding and the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses were not very clean. The description of what we were to find in the apartment was not accurate.
Convienent location
8.0The location was convenient near the Rialto Bridge. The washing machine was broken. The apartment is basic, no tea towels, food was left in the cupboard which was mouldy.
− We weren’t allowed to use the air conditioning, and the host gave several unconvincing explanations without establishing any legal restriction on its use in October. Referring to the cooler outdoor temperature failed to address the actual issue: the temperature and comfort inside the accommodation. The café on the street also charged tourists more than locals—I paid an outrageous price for a coffee. Avoid the café. I wouldn’t stay here again.

10.0La posizione ottimale per visitare Venezia, la zona tranquilla nonostante fosse in una zona vivace di locali e passeggio. Il silenzio notturno e la disponibilità di Alberto. Pulizia ottima e appartamento perfetto per 4 persone.
− Consiglio di prevedere il rifornimento delle pastiglie della lavastoviglie e del detersivo dei piatti. Inoltre suggerisco che sarebbe carino per un'ospite, con soprattutto delle bimbe piccole, trovare anche una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo al suo arrivo e anche qualche boccetta di bagnoschiuma in più. Una piccola accortezza e coccola che non credo costi molto. 🙂
