Fantastic location but rundown apartment.
5.0The location of the property was the best feature!
− The property was much more rundown than I had anticipated. The master bed was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. One of the twin beds had a large sagging area on the mattress. On the second day of our visit, we removed the mattress to see if we could figure out why the bed was sagging so much. The bedframe slates were not lined up on the frame, causing the mattress to sag completely on one side. The couch in the living room was broken (both arm rests were barely attached and were falling off.) The kitchen did not have basic tools and essentials (ie, spatula, salt, pepper, etc.) The property simply didn't seem to be maintained. (Paint peeling and chipped. Exposed wires. Cracks in the flooring and on the ceiling. Bottle of bug spray left on the floor in the living room. Moldy areas in the shower. Dusty furniture.) My children called it the "creepy" airbnb and my husband and I felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood in the master bedroom. We wouldn't stay here again in the future.
