9.0The hosts were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or encountered an issue, they responded promptly and provided clear, helpful guidance. Although we did not meet the hosts in person to collect the keys, they sent us detailed instructions via WhatsApp on how to find the apartment and access it, making the self-check-in process very smooth and easy. We really appreciated their attentiveness and excellent communication, which helped make our stay in Venice comfortable and enjoyable.

Great apartment in a great area, but we think the sofa room could have benefited from a fan or two.
7.0Great location, near train station and restaurants and shops. Had everything we needed and kindly stocked with essentials like soap and olive oil and salt etc. And no issues with mosquitos at all
− While there is AC, it’s in the kitchen. The main bedroom is just about close enough to feel the benefit of it but the sofa bed room is further away and it wasn’t enough in our opinion to keep that room comfortable in the July heat.

Great location that enables you to travel around the Veneto
9.0The location was superb. It was really close to great cafes and restaurants, train and bus station. Thanks to that we've managed to easily plan some trips to the surrounding areas and cities. At the same time the apartment is a bit away from the populated streets so it was quire quite at night
