Zweckmäßige im Zentrum gelegene große Wohnung. Sehr freundliche Übergabe. Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Für unsere Zwecke mit mehreren Personen optimal. Nicht geeignet für höhere Komfortansprüche hier zählt der Preis und die Lage. Kleinere Beanstandung ( Kaffeemaschine kaputt )wurde sofort nach Beanstandung behoben

− Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich optimal gereinigt.

Di sicuro professionalità, disponibilità e comunicazione dei gestori dell'appartamento. Le dimensioni enormi della casa. La silenziosità del posto. Il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo (in caso di occupare tutti i posti letto) La breve distanza dai principali luoghi più importanti di Venezia.

− La struttura è piuttosto datata, potrebbe essere mantenuta condizioni un po' migliori.

Posizione appartamento e dimensioni camere

− Esperienza bruttissima. Prima di prenotare ho letto le recensioni, che sono anche di un anno fa, che mettevano in evidenza problematiche che speravo fossero state sistemate invece è tutto ancora presente anzi peggiorato. 1) Soggiorno: le sedie non sono stabili non ci si può sedere sono traballanti, una è rotta anche nello schienale (In una recensione del 25 settembre 2025 quindi quasi un anno fa si parla proprio delle sedie rotte non utilizzabili a distanza di un anno nulla è cambiato solo li per non poter essere utilizzate). Non c'è un divano dove rilassarsi il soggiorno quindi non è utilizzabile (vedere foto) 2) Bagni. due bagni entrambi vecchi e sporchi, ma quello con la doccia i muri sono in condizioni pietose poi per arrivarci si passa in una stanza diciamo lavanderia con di tutto di più (vedere foto) 3) Camere: Tutte grandi (unica cosa positiva insieme alla posizione) solo in una i materassi dei letti singoli sono decenti gli altri i materassi sono vecchi e molli. In un letto singolo manca proprio una doga. In una camera c'è un comodino rotondo con un piede rotto quindi è stato appoggiato al muro in modo da farlo tenere e messo sopra anche una piccola lampada come se fosse tutto normale. (vedere foto) 4) Cucina: Tavolo in una recensione sempre di settembre 2025 veniva segnalato come rovinato ed è rimasto lo stesso anzi è peggiorato nell'uso visto che è passato un anno. Non ci si può mangiare sopra. 5) i Muri sono in condizioni pietose con macchie di sangue delle zanzare uccise. 6) Estintore scaduto a settembre 2025 Potrei constinuare sul pavimento traballante sulla disinformazione di come gestire la raccolta differenziata (in casa non c'è scritto nulla), abbiamo dovuto cercare su internet e chiedere agli operatori la mattina. Dire di andare in questo appartamento dopo che avranno cambiato le foto e fatto vedere che i problemi sono stati sistemati

− O los colchones. 0 la limpieza y 0 el poder ser resolutivos. NO RECOMENDABLE UN 3 SIN ASCENSOR.

Great location, a short walk away from vaporetto stations and great food. Also, good price for the area and size. Very spacious, too.

− One of the restrooms had no place to put toiletries in the shower, which can be a problem depending on the mobility of guests. In the other bathroom, the shower grip was broken, forcing one to hold the shower head in place - not a fun experience. All these could easily have been fixed by the managers before our arrival, but weren't. The chairs around the dinner table already mentioned by several reviews continue to be broken. Watch out for these and put them away to prevent accidents. Even the ones that are not straight out unsafe do not look very study. Finally, I was contacted by the person who met us during check in to inform of the visit of a technician next day to look at the AC, which was working fine. Turned out it was just a preventative cleaning for the summer that could easily have been scheduled for when there were no guests booking the property. It was never made clear whether we had to be there during the maintenance. A person from the company managing the property also showed up a while after the technician came over, but we were never notified about this beforehand. The technician had to displace furniture to do his work and did not move them back once done.

Das beste an der Unterkunft war die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung

− Der Küchentisch und die Stühle im Esszimmer waren sehr ramponiert, zumindest hätte man den Tisch mit einer Tischdecke ansehnlicher machen können. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung viel liebevoller (Teppich, Pflanzen…) ausgestattet werden. Die Couch im Esszimmer haben wir auch vermisst und die Türen haben sehr schlecht geschlossen. Betreuung vor Ort war super.
