5.0We loved the location and view from the main living room. We also liked the kitchen and utensils.
− We found it extremely difficult to locate the wifi details. The bed was uncomfortable with not enough blankets. We found laundry still in the dryer. The tv was also extremely small. We were also asked to email our passports to a random Gmail account which we didn’t do.

10.0Everything... This is a great property! So glad we stayed there! Great ambiance! Very modern, well designed! Romantic!
− We had to really struggle with the directions to the apartment. Booking.com sent us to the wrong address at first and it was hard to understand where to go next. Very very frustrating! Also the ad said the unit was ground floor but it was actually on the 2nd floor. But after we finally found the actual apartment, it was a wonderful place.

8.0.L'appartement est agréable, même si la chambre des enfants et la salle d'eau sont un peu petites. Beau séjour et grande chambre parentale. Beaucoup de rangements. Quartier tranquille proche d'une station de vaporetto. Restaurants sympa à proximité, le long des canaux.
