Je recommande cet appartement pour sa localisation et sa propreté. Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite : il faut
8.0L’emplacement central de l’appartement est à souligner ainsi que la propreté du lieu.
− La vue sur les toits est visible depuis la chambre mais pas depuis la pièce de vie ; il faut monter sur une chaise pour avoir la vue. Les équipements de la cuisine sont un peu vieillots.
Second séjour. Je reviendrai s’il y a un troisième séjour à Venise.
9.0Propreté, calme et localisation. Efficacité de l’entrée, qui a pu être effectuée plus tôt. Réactivité et gentillesse de l’hôte.

10.0Nothing bad to say about our stay at Casa Tella. It was a beautiful apartment with everything you need. Francesco was a great host and gave us lots of tips. Yes there are a few stairs, but let’s be honest most of Venice is like that if you look around. Apartment was very clean and a 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge.

Super gemütliche Wohnung in top Lage mit sehr netten Vermieter
10.0Sehr gemütliche, helle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es uns während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts an nichts fehlte. Die Klimaanlage war top, das Bett super bequem und die Dusche 1A mit einem Wasserdruck, den man im 4. Stock nie vermuten würde. Auch die Lage war exzellent, nur 3 Minuten entfernt von der Rialto-Brücke und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Vermieter Francesco, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen war. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
