7.0Très bel appartement climatisé, avec cuisine équipée et terrasse. Bien situé, très proche du vaporetto et de la gare. Propriétaire arrangeant pour les valises. La communication manquait de clarté : la demande d'une photo de ma carte bancaire m'a fait craindre une arnaque. Le paiement a finalement été réglé via un lien. Il manquait peut-être un économe dans la cuisine.

8.0There is a kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom and upstairs loft. The apartment is located fairly close to the train and bus station and not far from other popular locations (about a mile from St Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge). We stored our bags when we arrived before check in, which was very convenient. There was no-one there to meet us, but the instructions given for how to access the apartment were clear and detailed.
− The second bedroom is accessed via a closet door in the kitchen. The staircase up is narrow. The walls are thin, and outside and upstairs noises are easily heard. There are narrow stairs that need to be ascended to reach the apartment. So be aware if coming with lots of baggage. We did wish there were paper towels, but this was a just a minor inconvenience. We were two people staying for 3 nights and received three bath towels for the duration. The primary bedroom is where my mother slept and she reported the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were soft.

10.0La comunicación con Antonio fue muy fluida y su información muy precisa y rápida. La ubicación en una zona tranquila, con todos los servicios y muy cerca del tren, los autobuses y el vaporeto. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y limpio. Las camas eran muy cómodas.
Comforftable, well appointed apartment, close to station and geeat location from which to see the sights.
9.0Location was great, very comfortable, decor is outstanding and the facilities are excellent. Host was very kind and communicated well especially when I got the dates wrong ( I'd just had a tooth out and was not functioning well!)
− The motion sensor light on the bathroom landing would come on in the middle of the night for no reason which woke us up. Also noise came from apartment downstairs late into the night.
