9.0The property was very nice cleaned and good size, comfortable and furnished well for the needs. Location was perfect
− The only thing was not nice, that the neighbors were very loud at night and early morning they started to make noise at 6am again.
Great and lovely stay
9.0The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of restaurants nearby, yet the street is fairly quiet, which we appreciated at night. The place was super clean, and bed comfortable. Keep in mind that you’ll do a lot of walking in Venice, so rolling suitcases may not be the most practical choice.

A Noisy AC with malfunction remote. Hot water isn’t an option when you take bath.

− Hot water is officially cold most of the time. It cause me to catch a cold. Very Noisy AC with malfunction remote. I saw workers from Backyard working from early morning there and make lots of Noise.

7.0The communication was good, instructions were clear. Feasible to reach both railway station and the center. The advantage is a supermarket around the corner. Not far from vaporetto stop. At the kitchen you can find everything what's needed. Also there are things against mosquitos available for using. Инструкции были понятны, общение с агентством оцениваю как хорошее. Апартаменты достижимы пешком как от ж/д станции, так и из центра. Преимуществом является большой супермаркет за углом. Не очень далеко остановка вапоретто. На кухне можно найти всё необходимое. Предоставлено несколько фумигаторов против комаров.
− The value for monеy was overall good, but there were several problems that influenced my rate. The main one is humidity/smell due to furniture seems to be flooded with water in the past. Old and very loud AC. And also it's difficult to find a proper moment to take a shower, to catch warm water between cold at first and then hot. The door to bathroom couldn't be fully closed. Первое (и главное) запах сырости, который шел от мебели, которая в прошлом, похоже, была подтоплена. Старый и шумный кондиционер. Дверь в ванную, может из-за сырости, перекошена и не закрывалась полностью. В душе тяжело поймать момент с приемлемой водой, сначала холодная, потом кипяток.
