The main door to the apartment needs to be replaced as well as the stairs leading to the apartment

DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN PROPERTIES PROVIDED BY THIS HOST.
2.0It was a good location, based on our expectations from the content in booking.com
− The unit was not clean from prior guests when we arrived (beds unmade, trash throughout, dirty towels on floor, food left in kitchen), even though we arrived well within the provided timeframe for arrivals. Communicating with the host was less than effective. After 45 minutes of back and forth on whatsapp with the host, they agreed to send someone to clean. It was 7pm after a full day of travel and we were tired and wanting a quiet night in before exploring Venice the next day. However, we had to go out for dinner to leave time for cleaners. We believed we were owed a refund on the cleaning fee and also a credit of some amount, even 10% of the bill, for our inconvenience since we were not really able to access a clean unit until after 9pm. They agreed to the refund but not the concession for our inconvenience. Also, even though they agreed to the refund, it is now two months after our trip and we still have not received! We are actively disputing this with booking.com.

− אין מיזוג אוויר באחד מחדרי השינה, הראוטר נמצא בדירה אחרת לכן האינטרנט חלש וכשיש איתו בעיה אי אפשר לסדר אם אין אורחים בדירה האחרת. לא היו מוצרי בסיס שהיו בכל הדירות האחרות שהיינו בהם כמו: סוכר, מלח, סבון כלים, נייר סופג, קפה, תה, שמן. בדירות אחרות תמיד חיכו לנו בקבוקי מים קרים במקרר ביום הראשון ובדירה הזאת לא. כאילו לא אכפת להם מהאורחים ולא מנסים לתת חוויה טובה. לא היו שמיכות להתכסות בהן אלא רק בד כמו סדין. מאוד רחוק מהמרכז וגם יש מבנה שחוסם את המעבר שכדי לעבור אותו צריך לחצות שני גשרים.

6.0Emplacement parfait en centre ville. Accueil efficace de Elisa qui était gentille et tres flexible. logement spacieux et bien équipé
− douche non fonctionnelle, peu ou pas d'eau chaude et très faible débit. Beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine Air conditionné qui se bloque et qu'il faut redemarrer 2 fois par jour télécommande TV fonctionne tres mal. Les etageres du refrigerateur sont cassées. Wifi internet extremement lent. Les Zip des housses du canapé du salon sont cassées et les coussins se dehoussent dès que l'on s'assoit.
