Disappointing given the lovely view. The “Luxury” unit could use a DEEP CLEANING.
3.0The View
− The unit was dirty for a luxury rental. The refrigerator had brown stains and the dishwasher was not working. The carpet in the 1st floor bedroom and the area rug in the living area. Hot water for shower and sink not working. Bathrooms on first floor dirty and the floors too. We wanted burgers on the grill but the grill was had caked on food and it appeared to not have been cleaned after every visit. The owners request a cleaning deposit when booking the unit. What is being cleaned or repaired?

Heaven on Earth
10.0The views were out of this world , i loved how convenient and close you are to everything. Getting up in the morning and looking out on the ocean seeing turtles , surfers , whales if you are lucky enough. I loved the full glass door that lets in that ocean breeze.. I can not say enough for the views of the ocean and the mountains they are SO BEAUTIFUL. And Conrad and Tash are really helpful to let you know what you CANT miss. Loved It, I will definitely be back!!!

Everything was very nice, just be aware of that the third bedroom is very small
9.0The view from the lanai was fantastic. The pool was very nice. Parking in the gated lot was easy and secure. A nice shopping center was within walking distance. The major tourist attractions were not that far away. snorkeling equipment and bogey boards were supplied along with beach towels.
− The third bedroom should have been described as a small bedroom with a murphy type bed. It was less than half the size of the other normal bedrooms, without an adequate size closet and dresser.
The place was big enough to fit six people comfortably and we had a fun experience.

Incredible stay and property. Ocean breeze and waves crashing right out the windows!
